Episode 1: The Devil
1.5 oz Vodka
1.5 oz Peach Schnapps 1.5 oz Southern Comfort 2 oz Gin 2 oz Triple Sec 2 oz OJ (We tripled this) Grenadine to taste |
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain and serve in a big a$$ glass |
The Straight Edge
Episode 2: Punk Rock
2 oz Kombucha (like GT's GingerBerry)
1 oz Black Cherry Juice #aldi 1/2 - 3/4 oz Lime Juice Flavored Sparkling Water (Like LaCroix Watermelon) |
Swirl first 3 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into coupe cocktail glass Top with sparking water (or vodka! 😉) |
Mai Tai
Episode 3: Sounds of Summer
3/4 oz Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice
1/2 oz Triple Sec 1/2 oz Orgeat 1.5 oz Clear/White Rum 1/2 oz Aged Rum (Like Appleton Estates) |
Shake all ingredients up with ice in a cocktail shaker
Pour everything, including ice, into a Highball glass |
The Sazerac
Episode 4: The South
2 oz Rye Whiskey
About 10 Drop Aromatic Red Bitters 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1 tsp of Absinthe (or Anisette liqueur) 1 Fresh Lemon |
Chill a rocks cocktail glass by letting ice cubes sit in it for a bit
In a 2nd glass or cocktail shaker add the rye whiskey, aromatic bitters, and simple syrup Add 3-4 ice cubes to this 2nd glass and stir with a cocktail spoon in a circular motion 30 times. In the glass that is chilling... pour out the ice now. Pour the Absinthe into the chilled glass and swirl to coat then throw it out. Strain out the Sazerac mixture into the chilled/Absinthe washed glass. Shave off a piece of the lemon peel using a peeler. Rim the glass a few times around with the lemon piece. You can twist the lemon and drop in the glass (optional) Classic Roosevelt Hotel Sazerac just leaves the lemon peel on the rim of the glass. |

In a rocks cocktail glass combine 1 part Fireball with 4 parts Fermented Cider. Top it off with Apple Cider.

Swirl all ingredients with ice

Swirl chocolate syrup inside of a glass and add ice. Add the rest of the ingredients to the glass. Top with ground cinnamon or a cinnamon stick.

Old Fashioned
Episode 7: Barrel Aged
1 oz Bourbon (Ancient Age or Wellers)
1 tsp Pappy & Co Bourbon Barrel Aged Old Fashion Cocktail Mixer Toasted Almond Bitters |
Combine bourbon and Pappy & Co mix into a tumbler. Add two ice cubes and stir. Add several dashes of the toasted almond bitters.
